Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to roll a Quietport through a real airport before you decide it's yours. That's why every case ships with a 100-day trial — but the standard return window for a refund without questions is 30 days from delivery. Returns received between day 31 and day 100 are processed as exchange or store credit under the same trial program.

30-Day Refund Window

Within 30 days of your delivery date, you can return any Quietport case for a full refund of the product price, provided:

  • The case is in resaleable condition — no airline-belt scuffs, no broken wheels from impact, no missing accessories.
  • The TSA lock, handle, interior liner, compression straps, and any included luggage tags are present.
  • Light cosmetic marks from normal indoor wheeling are fine — we'll clean those. Deep gouges from checking the case on a flight are not.
  • The Hush Duo set must be returned as a set; we can't accept one half back for a partial refund.

100-Day Trial (Exchange or Credit)

From day 31 through day 100, send the case back in functional condition (wheels rolling, handle extending, lock operating) and we'll issue store credit or swap it for a different size or color. This covers the "I took it on one trip and it's the wrong size" case, which is the whole point of the trial.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@cozyfeathernvn.shop with your order number and a sentence on why it isn't working.
  2. We reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label for US orders.
  3. Drop it off — once it arrives at our warehouse, refunds post within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable

  • Cases with visible impact damage (cracked shell, snapped wheel from a drop, crushed corner from a baggage belt) — these go through warranty instead.
  • Custom-engraved or monogrammed pieces, if we offered that on your order.
  • Returns initiated after 100 days from delivery.

Original shipping is non-refundable on duo-set returns where only the set itself is being returned. Single-piece returns inside 30 days are fully refunded including original shipping.
