Terms of Service

These are the ground rules for buying a Quietport case from cozyfeathernvn.shop. We've tried to keep them short and category-honest — luggage is a physical product that gets thrown onto conveyor belts, so a few things are worth being clear about up front.

Who We Are

Quietport is a small US-based luggage brand operating through cozyfeathernvn.shop. Reach us at support@cozyfeathernvn.shop for any order, product, or policy question.

Orders & Payment

Prices on the site are in US dollars and don't include any applicable state sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is mispriced due to a clear error, if stock is unavailable, or if we suspect fraud. You'll be refunded in full and emailed an explanation.
Payment is captured at order placement, not at shipment.

What "Silent" and "Hard-Shell" Mean

We describe Quietport wheels as silent because they're noticeably quieter than standard single-disc spinner wheels on the surfaces airports use — tile, rubberized ramps, and jet bridge grating. They are not literally noiseless. On rough concrete or cobblestone they will make sound. We describe the shell as hard-shell polycarbonate, which means it resists everyday compression and abrasion. It is not indestructible. Suitcases that are dropped from height, crushed under heavy freight, or run over will show damage.

Care and Use

Use the TSA-approved combination lock as intended; jamming a non-TSA padlock or screwdriver into the lock body voids the warranty on that component.
Don't exceed the airline's checked-weight limit — overloading stresses the wheel axles and the handle channel.
The interior liner is removable and washable on cold; do not machine-wash the shell itself.
Long-term outdoor storage in direct sun will fade the colored finishes over time — keep the dust bag on it in the closet.

Warranty Coverage

Two years from your delivery date, we'll repair or replace the wheels, the handle assembly, and the TSA lock free of charge against non-impact manufacturing defects. Airline-belt damage, drops, crush damage, and cosmetic shell scratches are not covered under warranty — but most are covered under the 100-day trial if reported in that window. Liability

Quietport is responsible for the case itself. We are not responsible for the contents you pack inside it — for that, please use travel insurance or your airline's lost-baggage coverage. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.
