Shipping Policy

Quietport ships from our US fulfillment partner. We try to get your case out the door before you've finished thinking about your trip.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 1pm Pacific on a business day are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays start the clock on the next business morning. You'll get a tracking number the moment the label is generated.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard ground: 3–7 business days after pickup, via UPS or FedEx Ground depending on your zone.
  • Free shipping on every order, no minimum. Yes, on the single Hush 22" too.
  • Expedited 2-day: available at checkout for an additional fee — useful if you have a trip booked inside a week.
  • We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Alaska and Hawaii orders may add 2–4 extra transit days.
  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses aren't supported — luggage is bulky enough that the carriers won't deliver it there reliably.

International Shipping

We don't currently ship Quietport outside the US. We're working on Canada next — sign up for the newsletter if you'd like a note when it goes live.

What You'll Get in the Box

  • Your Quietport case, in a recycled-cardboard shipping carton (no plastic clamshell).
  • A dust bag for off-season storage.
  • For the Hush Duo set: two custom leather-tab luggage tags.
  • A short folded card with care instructions and the warranty terms.

If Something Goes Wrong in Transit

If the outer carton looks crushed or the case arrives with shell damage from shipping, photograph it before unpacking further and email support@cozyfeathernvn.shop within 48 hours of delivery. We'll file the carrier claim and send a replacement at no cost — you don't need to deal with UPS or FedEx directly.

Lost packages (no scan in 7+ business days after pickup) are also on us. Email and we'll start a trace and ship a replacement if the original doesn't surface.
